I specialize in building production units and infrastructure from the ground up for CBS, Spectrum, and Fuse. I’ve worked as the head of production and as an executive producer for legendary television leaders including Rick Kaplan, David Doss, Jon Klein and Michael Bair. And I’ve worked with some of the most talented staffs at CBS, ABC 20/20, Anderson Cooper 360, and The Daily Mail.
At Charter Communications, I created and produced hyperlocal programming for 30 Spectrum Networks in news, arts and culture, investigative documentaries and live events. I built an in-house production studio. We increased ratings by 50% – earned 5 Emmys and 9 recent Emmy nominations – and reinvigorated the brand.
I won Peabody and DuPont awards for live event programming for ABC in a conversation with kids about 9/11. I produced live finales for Mark Burnett’s “The Apprentice.” And I’ve won the Cine Golden Eagle, Genesis and Emmy Awards for writing and producing at 20/20 and with Anderson Cooper. While at Al Jazeera America I both produced the highest rated programming on Al Jazeera America and my investigation on Backpage.com helped lead to shutting down the site and a change in legislation.
