I’ve been a top-rated, major market broadcaster and a successful CEO/entrepreneur of a 165 employee company. My academic and professional background is in business leadership, marketing, entrepreneurship, entertainment and management.
I was the owner and CEO of a window manufacturing firm with 165 employees and 3 locations. As an entrepreneur, I used my persuasion skills to defeat a union organizing effort; to obtain unprecedented, new terms from my suppliers; and to attract the right acquirer for my company. After a decade of steady stewardship I sold my company to a Fortune 100 company. I then went into talk radio.
I became a radio talk show host in the nation’s #1 market, “The Radiochick Show”- and built an audience of over 1 million rabid listeners. I persuaded my devoted listeners to consistently engage with my program in grandiose, humorous and very public ways to achieve the highest ratings in New York City.
Today, I help professionals and executives to be more persuasive. Organizations hire me to coach their employees, refine their communications strategies, story-fy their data and strengthen their critical presentations.
Persuasion is the lifeblood of business. I share all I’ve learned about persuasive communication – teaching invaluable lessons to professionals, executives and organizations. Special emphasis is placed on Storytelling for business. I demonstrate how to apply proven persuasive techniques to specific challenges organizations and individuals are facing on the job. I demystify the concept of persuasion and give people the power to change minds, touch hearts, open wallets and get results.

After a successful on-air run as a top-rated talent for CBS Radio, Clear Channel and Sirius, I relaunched my company to bring media-tested Persuasion and Storytelling techniques to non-media companies. I take what I know about persuasive communication and teach it to professionals and executives in non-media companies. My approach has resulted in higher closing ratios, increased sales, new account acquisition, better employee compliance and closer and improved investor relationships. - Developed and refined Persuasion training through fellow Harvard Business School Graduate run companies - Presenting concepts as keynote and featured speaker. Also conduct 1/2 day to multi-day organizational intensives. - Training executives and business professionals to story-fy their data, improve their corporate communications, strengthen their critical presentations, and be more persuasive and effective. - Clients include divisions and individuals from Goldman Sachs, Zola, Douglas Elliman, Chicago Review Press. - Increased closing ratio of large ATA case company sales division from 1 out of 7 pitches to 1 out of 4 by story-fying their sales presentations. - Organized and framed legendary rock musician\'s speaking presentation, and coached his delivery thus launching his 19 city speaking tour - Increased client acquisition for wealth management group of major investment bank, by reshaping and emotional-izing their presentations.

Created unique brand “The Radiochick” for largest media company in the broadcasting industry, and built a top rated show in the nation\'s #1 market, along with other syndicated markets. I began as a complete unknown in the city and grew the audience to over 1 million rabid listeners. - Broadcasted for CBS radio, Infinity Broadcasting, Sirius Radio, Clear Channel and Fox News. - Organic outpouring of listener outrage at my firing caused over 10,000 physical letters to be written to my employer, forcing them to reverse their decision. - Hired back to CBS radio for a 7 figure deal - Delivered record breaking radio sales results for advertisers such as ProFlowers, Panasonic, and McDonalds, and had exceptional advertiser relationships. - Was the only woman headlining a morning-drive show in the nation\'s #1 market at the time.

Owner/CEO of this privately held 165 employee window manufacturing company. Grew company from 55 to 160 employees, opened additional manufacturing facilities, broadened product line and dramatically improved profitability to level double that of competitors. Responsible for all strategic and operational, and product development decisions. Sold company to a Fortune 100 firm after 10 years of management. - Successfully defeated a union organizing event using persuasion skills - Negotiated terms from vendors not seen prior in the industry - Convinced bank to extend initial $5 million loan to me to purchase the company when my own net worth was less than 50K. -Reimagined and realigned product offerings dramatically increasing profitability -Conceived Quick-ship program, previously untried in custom window manufacturing, increasing both customer satisfaction and profits - Successfully competed in large-scale government and private rehab projects. Personally managed the bidding strategy, job scheduling and logistics, manufacturing, punch list and collection aspects of all large-scale projects.
