Job Description

This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial oversight for Condé Nast Entertainment’s strategic FP&A functions.


  • Develop financial budgeting, planning and forecasting tools for CNE.  Manage overall current estimates, annual budgets, and long-range forecasts
  • Preparation of business plans for CNE, the various business units, and growth initiatives
  • Partner with revenue, ad operations, technology, and other departments across the organization to develop a dynamic revenue forecast
  • Co-ordinate with Condé Nast Corporate to meet reporting deadlines on budget and forecasts
  • Co-ordinate with Condé Nast sales planners to ensure correct booking of pipeline revenue to video platform
  • Work closely with strategic operations and programming teams, as well as sales and ad operations functions, on budget and forecast process – collecting and modelling all relevant information
  • Develop cash flow forecasts for TV/Film and production services revenue
  • Act as key liaison with corporate FP&A and brand finance teams for all forecasting questions
  • Implement process improvements to align workflows to required financial reporting
  • Manage monthly risk and opportunity reporting
  • Ad hoc analysis as required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience showing progression in financial planning or accounting
  • Extensive experience in digital media, television, or film industries preferred
  • Strong Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel skills required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task across projects under tight timeframes
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and project-oriented work ethic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals
