This new essential part time job can convert to full time.

We need to hire an office manager now.

Our new business is growing – helping a large tribe of media executives find their next best job – helping CEOs, Presidents, and Hiring Managers find the right candidates, fast.

I need you or someone you know who’s had at least two successful jobs as an executive assistant, or office manager for media or entertainment companies. And this won’t work unless you have the ninja-like software and accounting skills I lack.

You’ll work from home – like me – but we’ll work closely together for at least 5 flexible hours daily to get you up to speed running the business behind our business including:

  • Accounting
  • Invoicing
  • Collections
  • Scheduling
  • Correspondence
  • Marketing
  • Job Site Support
  • Social Media support
  • Legal support

I’ve won in major media roles for MTV, VH1, CBS, Audible and my own digital studio and network. I’ve had the honor of hiring some of the best EA’s and Managers in music, comedy, news, documentaries, sports, politics and social change – in TV, radio, film, online video, podcasting. Only about 1% of people want this job long-term and that’s why so many of the people who’ve had this right-hand job with me graduate into careers in senior management roles.
