Condé Nast Entertainment is hiring a Producer to help develop a comprehensive video programming. 


The ideal candidate will be a creative who is excited about the opportunity to bring smart, engaging content to curious viewers; a self-starter who loves new projects; and a team player who will work closely with members of our acquisitions, operations, product and programming teams to build an innovative, successful programming slate.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with members of CNE’s team to develop and execute comprehensive video programming that includes developing and executing original programming in regards to all music genres.

  • Create tactics for attracting audiences through successful originals, binge-worthy programming, tentpole events and creative tie-ins.  

  • Collaborate with CNE Development team on all ideation and execution

  • Collaborate with CNE Branded team to deliver on all revenue driving projects

  • Partner with CNE creative Strategy team on all ideation and channel strategy

  • Work with product and operations staff to ensure the smooth delivery of all content to all platforms as required

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in video production and programming, with at least 2 years experience specifically in programming Youtube content

  • Proven track record creating viral level content in the YouTube ecosystem

  • Creative production/programming mindset, with an ability to identify opportunities, solve problems and shape decisions through creative application of work flows and communication

  • Thorough understanding of video/television creative process, outcomes and multi-platform distribution

  • Passion for production, creative work flows and optimization of team management

  • An ability to thrive in demanding and startup like environment

  • Creative curiosity; we are reinventing the short form video business at Condé Nast, ideal candidate will be an essential contributor to this new chapter

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
